CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the AfroCentric
Board of Directors (“the Board”) hereby notifies Shareholders that Dr Shirley Zinn has resigned
from the Board, as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as the Chairperson of the
Remuneration Committee, with effect from 18 November 2021.
The Board also hereby notifies Shareholders that Mr Sello Mmakau will be resigning from the
Board, as an Executive Director and as the Group’s Chief Information Officer, with effect from
31 January 2022.
The Board would like to thank Dr Zinn and Mr Mmakau for their valuable contributions to the
Company and wishes them well for the future.
