VOLUNTARY BUSINESS UPDATE AT AGM

Shareholders are hereby advised that a voluntary business update presentation will be
provided by the CEO of the Company, Andries Greyling, following the annual general meeting
of the Company that will be held today, 22 June 2021, at 14:00, and conducted entirely by
electronic communication.
