TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, property entities are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to
be reported on, will differ by at least 15% from that of the previous corresponding period. Given the nature of its
business, Castleview uses dividend per share as its key performance measure.

Castleview is currently in the process of finalising its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2021.
Shareholders are advised that Castleview expects the distributable earnings per share for the six months ended 31
August 2021 to be 21.52 cents per share, being 133.66% higher than the distributable earnings per share for the six
months ended 31 August 2021 of 9.21 cents per share.

The board of directors of Castleview has resolved, for the foreseeable future, to declare dividends to shareholders on
an annual basis after the publication of February year-end results in May rather than six-monthly.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or audited by the Company’s
auditors.
