DIRECTORATE CHANGE TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Katlego Kobue (“Katlego”) in his capacity as independent non-executive director, has been
appointed to the Dis-Chem Audit and Risk and the Remuneration and Nomination Sub-Committees with
immediate effect.
Katlego has a BCom from Wits University and is currently a Senior Investment Manager in the Royal Bafokeng
Holdings Proprietary Limited’ Strategic Investment team with over 10 years investment experience. Katlego
sits on a number of other Boards and is also an independent chairman of DHL Express SA.
The board of directors welcomes Katlego to the Dis-Chem Sub-committees and looks forward to working
with him in the future.
