Pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s ZAR
2 000 000 000 Note Programme dated 7 February 2022 (the “Information Statement”), has been updated.

The Information Statement, dated 3 February 2023, is available for inspection at the registered office of
the Issuer and will be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website,
