CALGRO M3 PRE-CLOSE BRIEFING SESSION


Shareholders are advised that the Company will be hosting a pre-close briefing session
relating to the Company’s business activities for the financial year ending 28 February 2023,
via a virtual presentation and discussion to be held from 09:00 to 10:00 on Friday,
17 February 2023.
