CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF DIRECTOR’S HOLDING OF THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES


Shareholders are advised of the following dealings in securities by directors of OneLogix on 10 February 2023:

Cameron McCulloch transferred 5 000 000 OneLogix shares to CVM Investments Proprietary Limited (“CVM
Investments”) at a price of R3.30 per share for a total transaction value of R16 500 000. Cameron is the sole
shareholder and a director of CVM Investments. Accordingly, Cameron’s interest in the 5 000 000 OneLogix shares
ceases to be a direct beneficial interest and becomes an indirect beneficial interest. The transaction was conducted
off-market and clearance to deal was obtained.

Geoff Glass transferred 1 400 000 OneLogix shares to GM Glass Investments Proprietary Limited (“GM Glass
Investments”) at a price of R3.30 per share for a total transaction value of R4 620 000. Geoff is the sole director
and shareholder of GM Glass Investments. Accordingly, Geoff’s interest in the 1 400 000 OneLogix shares ceases
to be a direct beneficial interest and becomes an indirect beneficial interest. The transaction was conducted off-
market and clearance to deal was obtained.
