NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS


Capital & Regional, the convenience and community focused shopping centre REIT, will announce its
results for the year ended 30 December 2022 on Thursday, 2 March 2023.

An in-person presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 10.45am UK time on the day, with a
webcast also available.
