Shareholders of Adcock Ingram are advised that the Company is expecting to publish its
interim financial results for the six-month period ended 31 December 2022, on Tuesday, 21
February 2023.


Accordingly, stakeholders are invited to attend an audio webcast or conference call which will
be hosted by Mr Andy Hall, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Dorette Neethling, Chief Financial
Officer, at 11:00 on Tuesday, 21 February 2023.


Interested parties are invited to dial in to the conference call by 11:00 on Tuesday, 21 February
