RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements
FirstRand Namibia Ltd shareholders are advised that Mr. Oscar Capelao
has resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer and executive director of
the Company with effect from 28 April 2023 to pursue employment in the
Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Capelao has served the group for over 16 years in various roles, and
the board wishes to thank Mr. Capelao for his valuable contribution to the
Company.
