TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022



In accordance with paragraph 6.3(a) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, SBN Holdings would like to report to
noteholders that profit after tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 is expected to be higher, by between
65% and 75%, than what was reported for the comparative period. Therefore, earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 are expected to be materially higher, by between
65% and 75%, than what was reported for the comparative period. Results will be released on or about the 22nd of
March 2023.
