Share Consolidation (Late Announcement)

Resource Generation Limited (JSE: RSG) (ResGen or the Company) wishes to advise that the
Company has completed a share consolidation per the timetable below. Prior to the consolidation,
the list of South African Shareholders was added to the Australian Share Register (held with
Boardroom Pty Limited). The share consolidation was conducted at the rate of one new share for
every 72 shares held in the Company, with fractional entitlements rounded down.

Notes:

The recapitalisation and share consolidation resolutions were passed by a meeting of Shareholders
convened on Friday 27 May 2022 at 11:00 am (AEST).

The ISIN will remain the same.

received Holding Statements from Boardroom detailing their revised shareholdings post
