NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE CREDIT RATING OF THE SENIOR SECURED NOTES

Noteholders are advised that GCR Ratings (“GCR”) has affirmed the Issuer’s national scale long-term
issuer rating at BBB-(ZA) and the Issuer’s national scale short term rating of A3(ZA). Concurrently, the
rating of the senior secured notes is changed to BBB+(ZA)(EL) from A-(ZA)(EL), with the outlook on all ratings
remaining negative.
