RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET ASSET VALUE

Holders of the VSETNC and VSETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are advised that on Wednesday,
01 June 2022, Visa Inc paid a dividend of $0.375 per share. As per published guidance, this dividend
was synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US closing price on
Wednesday, 01 June 2022. The result of the synthetic dividend reinvestment is to increase the fractional
number of shares each ETN references and no distribution or payment will be made.

Reinvestment amount      $0.31875/share
Reinvestment price       $209.93/share
