Shareholders are advised that MAS has released today its condensed consolidated interim financial statements
for the six-month period to 31 December 2022. The Company has also released its Results Presentation and
Company Profile for the six-month period to 31 December 2022, which provide a results summary and an
overview of, inter alia, the Company, its strategy, its progress and its prospects.
