Further to the announcement released on 03 May 2021 regarding the proposed appointment
of Ernst and Young Incorporated (“EY”) as joint external auditor of the Group, Old Mutual
advises that the Company’s shareholders have approved the appointment of EY) at the annual
general meeting of Old Mutual held on 27 May 2022.
