SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X

Implats is pleased to advise shareholders that it has been approved for a secondary listing on
A2X Markets (A2X) and its ordinary shares will be available for trade on this platform on
13 June 2022 (the A2X listing date).

The Group believes the A2X listing will provide investors with a competitively priced alternative
platform to trade shares in the Company and supports the development and growth of a healthy
capital market in South Africa.

Implats will retain its primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and its level 1
American Depositary Receipt programme in the USA. Its issued share capital will be
unaffected by the additional listing on A2X.

A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for
companies and is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and Prudential
Authority, South African Reserve Bank in South Africa in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19
of 2012.
