The rationale for the sale of shares is for Ms. du Toit to diversify
her investment portfolio which is currently dominated by her indirect
Clientele shareholding.

Ms. du Toit will indirectly continue to hold shares in Clientele
following this transaction.

Clearance to deal for the transaction was obtained from the chairman
of the Clientele board of directors, in accordance with Rule 3.66 of
the JSE Listings Requirements.

The trade was done off market.
