 UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE
 SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2022


Financial performance overview
    Ø Profit after tax for the period decreased 50% to R0.4 million (2021 : R0.8 million).
    Ø Revenue (from continued operations) increased by 22% to R126.6 million (2021 : R103.9 million).
    Ø Cash generated from operations decreased by 5% to R76.8 million (2021 : R80.8 million).
    Ø Basic loss per share improved by 14% to 2.42 (2021 : 2.81 cents).
    Ø Headline loss per share improved by 86% to 0.06 cents (2021 : 0.92 cents).

No dividend were proposed for the current year.
