DEALINGS IN THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND THE COMPANY
SECRETARY OF THE COMPANY AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF THE
COMPANY

Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
of the following transactions in respect of the company’s shares by an executive director and the company
secretary of the company and executive directors of a major subsidiary of the company (collectively “the
participants”).

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares
of the company (in which the participants transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and were
executed on-market on 31 March 2023. The transactions either relate to restricted or performance shares
that vested on that date and which were held in terms of the company’s 2012 share plan. The shares were
sold at a volume weighted average selling price of R53.4532 (high R53.80; low R53.20) and were
undertaken to rebalance investment portfolios and/or to settle the tax due on vesting:
