Mrs Sarah Kuijlaars, Chief Financial Officer – De Beers Group, will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director effective 31 May 2023, representing the Anglo American Group. Sarah was previously CFO of Arcadis NV, a leading global design and engineering consultancy, with a listing on the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Prior to this, Sarah was Deputy CFO at Rolls Royce Holdings plc, and held a number of senior financial leadership roles during a 25-year career at Royal Dutch Shell plc. She has worked in several geographies including Nigeria, Russia, Brazil and the Middle East. Sarah is also a Non- Executive Director at Inchcape plc, a leading independent multi-brand global automotive distributor. Sarah has a Mathematics degree from Oxford University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and an Associate member of Corporate Treasurers.
