                     Amounts per ordinary share in Sterling and Euros



Further to the announcement of 23 February 2023 of a final dividend of 74 US cents per
ordinary share, the equivalent of the dividend detailed above, in Sterling is 59.204 pence per
share and in Euros is 67.472 Euro cents per share based on exchange rates of
US$1=£0.8001 and US$1=€0.9118.

The US$:£/€ conversion rates were determined by the actual rates achieved by Anglo
American buying forward contracts for those currencies during the two working days
preceding this announcement, for delivery on the dividend payment date.

As announced on 23 February 2023, the equivalent of the dividend in South African Rand is
1358.14420 cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of US$1:R18.35330, taken
on Wednesday, 22 February 2023.

The payment date of the dividend is Friday, 28 April 2023.
