CLN687 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR20,000,000 (the
“Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited effective 12 April 2023.
The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of
CLN687 in issue is ZAR 130,000,000. The “pay date” (as such term
is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) is/was 31 March
2023.
