RELEASE OF THE INTEGRATED REPORT AND INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT
Further to the release on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the Group annual results on
Tuesday, 14 March 2023 and the publication of the audited annual financial statements (“AFS”) for the year
ended 31 December 2022 (“FY2022”) on Friday, 24 March 2023, debtholders are advised that today the
Company has released, for FY2022, its Integrated Report and related supplementary reports:

• Sustainability Report; and

Investor engagement
Old Mutual will publish a voluntary operating update in respect of Q1 2023 trading conditions in advance
of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) which is expected to be held on Friday, 26 May 2023. A further
announcement relating to the distribution of the notice of AGM will be published on Tuesday, 25 April
2023.
