REBOSIS PROPERTY FUND LIMITED (IN BUSINESS RESCUE) Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number: 2010/003468/06) JSE share code: REA ISIN: ZAE000240552 JSE share code: REB ISIN: ZAE000201687 (Approved as a REIT by the JSE) (“Rebosis” or the “Company”) RECTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL PROBLEM (E-MAIL ADDRESS) IN RESPECT OF PUBLIC SALE PROCESS Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 6 April 2023 (“PSP Announcement”) which, inter alia, provided salient information regarding the Public Sale Process (“PSP”), including requirements for prospective participants to register and the administration of the PSP.. In this regard, shareholders and the public are advised that between 11 and 12 April 2023 the e-mail address provided in the PSP Announcement (psp@rebosis.co.za) for participants to indicate their desire to participate in the PSP malfunctioned, and as a result no e-mails reached the administrators of the PSP. On 12 April 2023 Rebosis management became aware of it and it was immediately attended to and was finally resolved by 09h08 on 13 April 2023. Since the resolution of the technical problem, several registration e-mails have been received from prospective PSP participants and the Company continues to process these e-mails accordingly. In order to ensure that all parties are afforded an opportunity to register for the PSP in accordance with the criteria contained in the PSP Announcement, parties are encouraged to re-send any registration e-mails to psp@rebosis.co.za if they have not yet obtained a response from the Company.
