FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT               IN   RESPECT       OF    THE    REPURCHASE         OF    THE
REPURCHASE SHARES


Capitalised terms not defined in this announcement have the meaning given to such terms in the
circular issued to Shareholders ("Repurchase Circular") on 1 March 2023.

1.      INTRODUCTION

Shareholders are referred to the Firm Intention Announcement relating to the Repurchase, Delisting
and Cancellation of the Repurchase Shares, released by Safari on 22 February 2023, the
announcement relating to the distribution of the Repurchase Circular and Notice of General Meeting
sent to Shareholders on 1 March 2023, and the announcement setting out the results of the General
Meeting released on 31 March 2023.

2.      FULFILMENT OF REPURCHASE CONDITIONS PRECEDENT

Safari is pleased to announce that all of the Repurchase Conditions Precedent, as set out in the
Repurchase Circular, have been fulfilled (or waived) and the Repurchase has become unconditional.
Furthermore, the TRP has issued a compliance certificate in terms of sections 119(4)(b) and 121(b)
of the Companies Act in respect of the Repurchase. Safari will therefore proceed with the
implementation of the Repurchase, Delisting and Cancellation of the Repurchase Shares in
accordance with the terms set out in the Repurchase Circular.

3.      SALIENT DATES AND TIMES

Shareholders are referred to the table below setting out the remaining salient dates and times in
relation to the Repurchase, Delisting and Cancellation of the Repurchase Shares as contemplated
in the Repurchase Circular.
