This represents 63.4% of the total shares currently in issue. The payment of the dividend and issue of shares pursuant to the Scrip Dividend is subject to approval at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the Company that is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 25 May 2023. The number of new shares to be issued in respect of the Scrip Dividend and the resulting total number of shares in issue will be announced following the AGM. Subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend is due to be paid on Friday, 2 June 2023.
