Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the Financial Statements of the Guarantor is unqualified, with no modifications applicable. Furthermore, noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the guarantor have been restated due to a change in accounting policy arising from an agenda decision finalised by the International Accounting Standards Board IFRS Interpretations Committee in October 2022. The agenda decision provides that losses which were incurred on granting rent concessions, which were incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, should be charged to profit or loss in the year they are granted.
