A notice to affected persons in terms of Section 151 of the Act has been distributed and is available on the Company’s website at www.tongaat.com. FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary and renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was released on SENS on 31 March 2023.
