Deloitte LLP have provided the following statement in relation to ceasing to act as auditors of the Company: We are not seeking reappointment as auditors of the company and, accordingly, will cease to hold office at the conclusion of the accounts meeting held on 25 May 2023. The reasons for our ceasing to hold office is the fact that we will shortly reach our maximum tenure under s494ZA Companies Act 2006 at which time we could no longer act. The engagement partner has reached the end of their maximum tenure, and as a new partner could only do one additional year, it is reasonable to resign as auditors at the same time.
