                                 CHANGE IN TRANSFER SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 11.39(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that JSE Investor Services Proprietary Limited (“JSE Investor Services”) will replace
Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited (“Computershare”) as the transfer secretary to
Reunert, with effect from 1 July 2023.
