Shareholders are advised that MTN is hos�ng the second day of its Capital Markets Day today, 1 June 2023
(from 09:00 CAT). Following the macro-focused day on 31 May 2023, members of MTN’s execu�ve and
management team will be providing updates on progress made in the execu�on of our Ambi�on 2025 strategy,
as well as priori�es and prospects.
