FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGE OF NAME


CHANGE OF NAME
Words and expressions defined in this announcement shall, when used below, bear the same meanings ascribed to
them in the Circular distributed to shareholders on Wednesday, 3 May 2023.
Shareholders are referred to the Results of voting at General Meeting and Change of Name announcement released
on SENS on Wednesday, 31 May 2023 wherein Shareholders were advised that all the resolutions in respect of the
Change of Name tabled at the General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority of votes cast by Shareholders.
The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”) has issued a COR 14.3: Amended Registration
Certificate to Tsogo Sun confirming the change of name of the Company from “Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited” to “Tsogo
Sun Limited”.
The Company will commence trading on the JSE under its new name “Tsogo Sun Limited” on Tuesday, 13 June 2023
and will retain its history.
The share code, alpha code, short name, sector and ISIN of the Company will remain unchanged.


The final amended salient dates and times relating to the Change of Name are set out below:
