REMGRO CAPITAL MARKETS DAY (“CMD”) PRESENTATION

Shareholders are advised that Remgro will host a hybrid CMD today, 14 June 2022 at 08:30 Central
African Time. During the CMD presentation, Remgro CEO, Jannie Durand, will update the market
on Remgro’s portfolio. In unpacking some of the current growth initiatives, Remgro will focus on
one of its key growth assets, Community Investment Ventures Holdings Proprietary Limited
("CIVH"). CIVH is the holding company of Dark Fibre Africa Proprietary Limited and Vumatel
Proprietary Limited.
