Amendment due to Manifest Error: AMB313

On 18 April 2023, The JSE Limited granted a financial instrument listing to the ABSA BANK LIMITED “AMB313” note
under its Master Structured Note Programme Memorandum. Noteholders are advised that the issuer detected some
manifest errors to AMB313 and have made amendments to the Applicable Pricing Supplement.

Noteworthy changes made to the Applicable Pricing Supplement are as follows:

    •    Inclusion of the fixed interim payment dates to the Record Date; Last Date to Trade and Finalisation Date.

    •    Update of the applicable rates for the Fixed Interim Amounts to match that originally agreed.

    •    Update of the FX Rate and Index level on the Initial Index Valuation Date.

    •    The calculation of the final redemption amount was amended to match that originally agreed, together with the
         insertion of definitions where required.
