PUBLIC SALES PROCESS UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 5 June 2023 (“PSP
Announcement”), which provided salient information and the monthly update regarding the Public
Sales Process (“PSP”) as at 31 May 2023.
The existing deadline for the submission of Binding Offers as indicated in the PSP Announcement is 29
June 2023. However, the Company has received written requests from a number of preferred bidders
for an extension to this date.
In accordance with the Business Rescue Plan, an extension to the PSP has been approved by the
requisite majority (75%) of Rebosis’ secured creditors. The table below details the revised PSP
timetable as approved creditors on 27 June 2023.
