Kumba Iron Ore interim results 2023

Anglo American plc notes the announcement of Kumba Iron Ore Limited’s interim results for the half year
ended 30 June 2023, released this morning to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and available via
www.angloamericankumba.com/financial-results.

Kumba Iron Ore Limited's reported adjusted EBITDA of R19.8 billion (reviewed) is equivalent to
approximately $1,100 million, and is not materially different to the EBITDA that Anglo American will
report for the Kumba business in its results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on 27 July 2023.


The Company has a primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and secondary
listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Botswana Stock Exchange, the Namibia Stock Exchange
and the SIX Swiss Exchange.
