TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2023


SBN Holdings would like to report to noteholders that profit after tax for the period ended 30 June 2023
is expected to be higher, by between 47% and 57%, than what was reported for the comparative
period. Therefore, earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the period ended 30 June
2023 are expected to be materially higher, by between 47% and 57%, than what was reported for the
comparative period. Results will be released on or about the 17th of August 2023.
