In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that bonus shares have
been awarded to executive directors and prescribed officers of the Company as pertaining to the
financial year ended 28 February 2023. The bonus shares were awarded on 1 July 2023 in terms of
the Company’s conditional share plan (“CSP”). Details of the CSP are included in the Remuneration
Report contained in the Group’s Integrated Annual Report.
