PUBLIC SALES PROCESS UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on 15 August 2023 which
provided an extended timetable for Preferred Bidders.

Following approval by Secured Creditors, the timetable in relation to the Standard Bank Portfolio
Properties has been further extended as set out below:
