In line with the provisions of the 2020 Super Group Limited Deferred
Share Plan (share plan), Executive Directors, the Group Company Secretary
and Directors of major subsidiaries were awarded deferred shares on 30
August 2023 based on the 5-day volume weighted average price of R35.12
per ordinary share and accepted these awards on 30 August 2023.
