PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF ASN322, ASN502, ASN521, ASN653, ASN673, ASN701 and ASN749

Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN322, ASN502, ASN521,
ASN653, ASN673, ASN701 and ASN749 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the respective
Notes. Following the repurchase of the unwind units, ASN322, ASN502, ASN521, ASN653, ASN673, ASN701 and
ASN749 Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Friday, 8 September 2023
