RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER

Words and expressions defined in this announcement shall, when used below, bear the same meanings
ascribed to them in the circular distributed to Shareholders on Tuesday, 18 July 2023.
Further to the Finalisation Announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 24 August 2023, Tsogo Sun
Shareholders are advised that the Odd-lot Offer closed at 12:00 (SAST) on Friday, 8 September 2023 and that
the results of the Odd-lot Offer are as follows:

Accordingly, Tsogo Sun repurchased a total of 138,044 Tsogo Sun Shares in terms of the Odd-lot Offer,
representing 0.013% of the total number of Tsogo Sun Shares in issue, for a total consideration of
R1,795,952.44.

Cancellation and termination of the listing of the Tsogo Sun Shares repurchased in terms of the Odd-lot Offer
is expected to occur on or about Tuesday, 12 September 2023, pursuant to which, the total number of Tsogo
Sun Shares in issue will be reduced from 1,044,221,994 Tsogo Sun Shares to 1,044,083,950 Tsogo Sun Shares.
