FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the cautionary announcements dated 15 June 2023 and 28 July 2023,
the board of directors of Clientèle hereby advises all shareholders that
Clientèle remains in negotiations with third parties with a view to pursuing a
potential acquisition in the insurance sector which, if successfully concluded,
could have an impact on the Clientèle share price.

Clientèle continues to caution shareholders that there is no certainty at this
stage that the negotiations will lead to any formal transaction being concluded.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in their
Clientèle shares until a further announcement is made.
