Interest Payment

Noteholders are herewith advised that the Issuer has elected to exercise its option to redeem the MMIG06
notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issuer’s ZAR 10 000 000 000 Unsecured
Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 and the terms and conditions of the
MMIG06 applicable pricing supplement, with effect from 19 October 2023.

The details of the full capital reduction of the MMIG06 notes and accrued interest payment thereon are
