Absa Bank Limited (the ‘Issuer”) wishes to advise the noteholders of a full capital redemption of its ACL097; ACL098 and
ACL217 notes (the “Notes”). Following the full unwind and repurchase of the Notes, application is hereby made for the
full capital redemption of ACL097; ACL098 and ACL217 with effect from Wednesday, 20 September 2023.
