NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE REQUEST FOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM FRS194 NOTEHOLDERS

FRS194 noteholders are referred to the notice of request for written consent released on SENS on 17 August 2023, in relation to the proposed amendments to the FRS194
pricing supplement (the consent request), with the deadline date being 12h00 on Friday, 15 September 2023 and in which the extraordinary resolution set out below was
proposed:

- Extraordinary resolution:
THAT the terms and conditions of the FRS194 notes be amended in accordance with Schedule 1 to the notice requesting the written consent of FRS194 noteholders with
effect from the date on which the Issuer receives confirmation that noteholders holding not less than 66.67% in value of the aggregate outstanding nominal amount of the
FRS194 notes have voted in favour of the proposed amendments.

In this regard, the Issuer confirms the voting results from the consent request in relation to the total nominal amount of the FRS194 notes in issue are as follows:
