Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its AMB332; ASN322; ASN324;
ASN452; ASN521; ASN653; ASN676; ASN749 and ASN945 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially
unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase of the unwind units, AMB322; ASN322; ASN324; ASN452;
ASN521; ASN653; ASN676; ASN749 and ASN945 Notes will be partially redeemed with effect from Friday, 29
September 2023
