NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARAGRAPH 19.20 OF THE REQUIREMENTS

respect of the availability of its annual report (including the audited annual financial statements), in
accordance with paragraph 19.20(d) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (the requirements).
