NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Notice is given to shareholders of MMH that the 22nd AGM, for the year ended
30 June 2023, will be held at 08:30 on Thursday, 23 November 2023, at the
Momentum Metropolitan offices, 268 West Avenue, Centurion.

The notice of the AGM is available on the Group’s website at
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/investor-relations/reports/annual-
general-meeting and has also be posted to shareholders together with the
summarised audited consolidated financial results for the year ended 30 June
2023, which contain no changes to the audited annual financial statements
published on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
